- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ⅛ tsp ground white pepper
- 2 spring onions, sliced obliquely
- 2 tbsp oil, for sauteing
Ground spices :
- 3 garlic cloves, fried
- 4 candlenuts, fried
- 6 shallots
- 3 large red chilies
- 5 items of ebi
How to make :
- Heat the oil. Stir-fry the spices until fragrant. Add the eggs in the middle of the pan. Stir until grained.
