Seblak Shicken Feet
Bandung Indonesia East Java is known for its delicious snacks. One of them is seblak. Even though it is a typical Bandung food, seblak is actually quite well known in various regions and is a very popular food.
Ingredients :
- 2 handfuls of crackers (dim in plain water for 2 hours)- 6 meatballs
- 200 gr claws
Ground spices:
- 4 spring onions- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 candlenuts
- 1 knuckle of kencur
- 8 red curly chilies
- 6 hot bird's eye chilies
- 5 green bird's eye chilies (for slices)
- Sugar, salt, broth powder, ground pepper
- 1 spoon mustard greens
- 1 leek
- Claw broth (according to taste)
- 2 scrambled eggs
How to make:
- Saute the spices until cooked- Add meatballs, claw, soaked crackers, salt, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, broth powder. Cook for a while
- Add broth, cook until boiling
